01Introduction

surgagg operates as an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform directed at Malaysian adults who are interested in sports betting, live casino games, and related digital entertainment. These Terms govern the entire relationship between surgagg and every registered user, including all transactions, promotions, account activities and communications conducted through the Platform.

surgagg is not a bank, financial institution or licensed payment processor. References to deposits, withdrawals or balances describe account credit functionality within the Platform and do not constitute regulated financial services under Malaysian law. Users access surgagg voluntarily and accept that all wagering activity involves financial risk.

02Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" means the surgagg website accessible at surgagg.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface.
• "User" means any individual who has registered, is in the process of registering, or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual user profile created upon successful registration, which records identity, balance, transaction history and preferences.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of cleared deposits, credited bonuses and settled winnings less withdrawals and settled losses held in an Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, birthday reward, referral benefit or other promotional benefit subject to applicable terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process surgagg may request before processing withdrawals or activating full account functionality.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of the Platform.

03Account Eligibility

By registering with surgagg, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. surgagg does not permit any person under the age of 21 to open or use an Account. surgagg reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not breach any applicable law, regulation or prohibition.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy or representative of another individual or organisation.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or connected party of surgagg or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that participation is voluntary and intended solely for entertainment.

surgagg reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. If a User is found to have misrepresented any eligibility condition, surgagg may immediately suspend the Account, withhold or void any Balance and take such further steps as it considers appropriate.

04Registration & Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure. You must supply a valid email address and, where requested, a Malaysian mobile number for verification purposes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify surgagg immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15. surgagg is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User has failed to protect credentials appropriately.

4.3 KYC and Verification

surgagg may request identity documents, proof of address or payment method confirmation at any stage. Common acceptable documents include a Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), passport or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension. KYC checks are conducted to comply with anti-money-laundering best practices and to protect the integrity of the Platform.

4.4 Account Closure Requests

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time. Pending transactions and applicable KYC requirements must be satisfied before the final balance is returned. Accounts closed at user request may not be re-opened without new identity verification.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

surgagg supports selected Malaysian payment channels. These may include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Method availability may change without prior notice and may differ based on account verification status.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

A minimum deposit amount applies; the indicative range is RM30 to RM30,000 per transaction, subject to individual method limits and account tier. Processing times are approximate: e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly; FPX and bank transfers may take five to fifteen minutes. Delays caused by third-party providers, maintenance windows or bank processing schedules are outside surgagg's control.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit by the same Account holder. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC, no outstanding active Bonus wagering requirements, and confirmation that no fraud indicators are present. surgagg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, transactions and promotional values are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. surgagg is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and the time of crediting.

06Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility and Opt-In

Promotional offers presented by surgagg are subject to individual terms including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, wagering requirements, expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits. Opting in to a promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific conditions in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A Wagering Requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) indicates the total amount that must be staked in qualifying games before Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Example: a MYR 100 Bonus at 10x requires MYR 1,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal proceeds.

6.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement progress. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino, sports betting and other categories may contribute a lower percentage (commonly between 10% and 20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that remain unclaimed or whose Wagering Requirement is not fulfilled within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14 or 30 days from crediting) will be automatically removed from the Account along with any associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

surgagg reserves the right to void, forfeit or withhold Bonuses and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that promotional terms have been exploited through hedging strategies, collusion, use of multiple accounts, use of artificial intelligence, automated betting software or any other means designed to circumvent the intended purpose of the promotion.

07Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to applicable sporting body rules, game rules and surgagg's operational procedures. Bets accepted in error or resulting from an obvious system failure may be voided at surgagg's discretion. The settlement of any event outcome is based on information available to surgagg at the time of settlement and is final unless an administrative error is identified.

surgagg does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market, game, sport or betting option. Scheduled maintenance, provider downtime or regulatory updates may temporarily affect service availability. Users acknowledge this risk and agree that compensation is not payable for temporary unavailability.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal referral where appropriate:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false identity, age or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method without express written permission.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system glitches for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without prior authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering, match fixing, fraud or any other activity that violates applicable Malaysian or international law.
• Collusion with other users, third parties or surgagg personnel to gain an unfair advantage.
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years) to access or use your Account.

09Responsible Gambling

surgagg is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Malaysian adults. Gambling is an entertainment activity that carries financial risk and should never be treated as a source of income. Users are strongly encouraged to:

• Set a fixed entertainment budget before each session and not exceed it.
• Use available deposit limit, session time and self-exclusion tools where offered.
• Take regular breaks and avoid chasing losses.
• Seek independent support if gambling is causing financial, emotional or interpersonal harm.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, surgagg excludes all liability for:

• Any financial loss, including loss of winnings, deposits or anticipated profits, arising from use of the Platform.
• Indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
• Unavailability of the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party provider issues or force majeure events.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes or information displayed during a technical malfunction.
• Unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a User's failure to protect credentials.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer law, surgagg's total liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

11Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal information submitted to surgagg is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood the surgagg Privacy Policy.

Personal data may be processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service communications. surgagg does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

12Amendments to These Terms

surgagg reserves the right to modify, supplement or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Users. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on the Platform and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. If a User does not accept a material amendment, they must close their Account before the amendment takes effect.

13Suspension & Termination

surgagg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where it suspects or identifies a breach of these Terms, fraud, collusion, money laundering, prohibited conduct or regulatory risk. Upon Account closure:

• Any pending Bonus wagering requirements will be voided.
• Verified cash balances (excluding Bonus funds) may be returned subject to completed KYC and fraud screening.
• surgagg is not obliged to return balances associated with fraudulent, duplicate or prohibited activity.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting surgagg using the details in Section 15 below. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under the Responsible Gambling programme.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to the appropriate competent authority or dispute resolution mechanism as determined by applicable jurisdiction.

surgagg makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their respective jurisdiction.
